How It Works:

• Once you've filled out the form below, you will be able to download a questionnaire to help me get really clear on what you're looking for, so I  provide an accurate quote. This is a Word document, and once you've filled it in please choose the Save As option and add your author name to the end of the file name (this will help me find it much easier when you send it back to me!) Please email your completed questionaire to saffron.amatti@gmail.com within 48 hours of submitting the form.

• We will discuss ideas and, once you're happy to proceed, I'll send you a PayPal invoice for non-refundable deposit of 50% of the order total to confirm your booking.

• Over the next 10 working days, I'll create three covers for you to choose from. Further adjustments take place once you've chosen your preferred design, so don't worry if they're not perfect straight away!

• Upon making your choice, you will be sent another invoice for 25% of the order total and we enter the revisions and adjustments stage where the final design will be perfected. Up to three rounds of revisions are included in the quoted price, additional revisions may be billed.

• Once you confirm you're happy with the design, you will be sent an invoice for the remaining blanace owing on your order. When this has been paid, you will be sent your final, unwatermarked cover files.

Additional Notes:

• All files prior to the final delivery of the product will bear my watermark.

• Due to the digital nature of the product, no cancellations are possible once the final files have been sent. However, if you choose to cancel before the final payment is made, the amount of the second payment will be refunded.

• Please check all text is correct and everything in general is as you want it to be before signing off on the final design. Additional revisions after the final files have been sent will be billed.

• There is going to be a lot of communication between us, and there will be times when I cannot move forward without your input. Therefore, it would be really helpful if you could reply to messages in a timely manner, and inform me if there will be any reason you'll be unable to access your emails for a while (e.g. if you're going on holiday)

• I reserve the right to cancel an order without explanation if a customer is rude, obnoxious, or just generally impossible to work with. Refunds in this case will be decided on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the level of work already completed and the nature of the offence that caused the cancellation.

• Please note that I will not take on work featuring pornographic, explicitally violent, or gory nature.
